How do I place an order?

All orders are placed directly online. For security reasons, we do not accept orders over the phone.

How do I choose the right actuator for my application?

Accepted Answer

There are a few variables to consider, but we can simplify this greatly for you by using our Actuator calculator we built. This Calculator is based on the physics calculations our in house team use every day, we just decided to simplify it and make it available to everyone. If this calculator does not cover your application please please email us any diagrams, sketches etc, and we will be glad to help.

How will my order be shipped? Where do you ship from?

Very carefully. All orders are shipped via UPS to worldwide locations. Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same business day, while others will be shipped the following business day. All orders will ship from Ferndale, Washington. USA.

Question 4

How can I get my tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent to you within one business day of your order being processed via UPS Quantum View.

Question 5

What warranty comes with my actuator?

Accepted Answer

All actuators come with a 12 month warranty. This will protect you against manufacturer defects only. User error and misuse will not be covered under warranty. Shipping and all costs pertaining to shipping will not be refunded.

Question 6

Is the unit I need in stock?

Accepted Answer

When selecting the product which you want to order, only the in stock items will be listed under the options. For example, if you are looking for a 3", 150lb actuator and it is out of stock, 3" will not show under the available stroke options.

Question 7

I just placed my order, how can I change my ship service?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your order is placed it is put in our pick and ship queue, in which case you will have a very short (possible ten minute) window to phone us and change the ship service. Please have a credit card at the ready when phoning and your order number so we may expediently change your ship service.

Question 8

My order just shipped, can I change my ship service to get it sooner?

Accepted Answer

Once your order has shipped, the ship service cannot be changed and there is nothing we can do from that point on. It would be in the hands of UPS and that is who you should contact.

Question 9

May I use my own shipping account?

Accepted Answer

We accept your UPS, FedEx or DHL account within USA only. There is a $10 fee for us to manually process your order using your own account.

Question 10

How can I return a product? What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within the first 30 days. So long as the product is in new and unused condition, is in original packaging, and passes a thorough inspection then you will be eligible for a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee unless a replacement order is placed. Customer is responsible for the return shipping for any item they ordered in error or no longer suitable.

Please  email support@firgelliauto.com with your order number, description of the issue and part number and quantity so we may evaluate and send you an RMA form to print out and include in your return packaging.
